Do you want to be healthy and live over 100 years old? By Dr. Lafayette Granger Studies show that the healthiest people in the world do not smoke, live in areas where there is less pollution and stress; eat a healthy diet. They rarely eat meat. They eat seafood and organic fruits and vegetables; they grow or buy fruits and vegetables locally from their neighbors or kids from school gardens. Their governments promote work/stress control. They get lots of exercise at work, gardening, fishing, hiking, camping, and at the Gym. In Dundee, Florida we hope our Mayor and Council will change the ordinance and allow us to raise pet hens to get organic eggs and use the fertilizer (Scent controlled with gypsum and invite worms to help fertilize plants organically) from hens in our beautify coops and Victory Gardens to grow many vegetables. Studies show that cancer is very suspect and caused by carcinogenic chemical and hormones injected into baby chick at birth. We believe this is in most eggs consumed by our people. “Only eat chicken and red meat that contain no antibiotics and no added hormones! The U.S. is the only developed country in the world that still allows these carcinogenic chemicals into our food supply. To protect yourself, eat chicken that is marked organic, which means “fed no antibiotics or hormones”; eat only grass-fed or organic red meat, also Australian or New Zealand lamb can be OK as many farmers raise grass fed sheep. New Zealand also does not allow the use of growth hormones in their sheep.” Exercise: We encourage citizens to walk and exercise at beautiful Lake Menzie and see gigantic oak trees, and Lake Marie walking paths. We recommend that you follow the advice of our First Lady, “Grow a Victory Garden” See www.dundeewatchdog and add your comments on the blog and help create our vision for Dundee. We hope our citizens will manicure their grass (To get exercise) and keep their yards in shape to compete in our annual Beautification Contest and create their “Garden of Eden.” Diet: If you want to live healthy to the ripe old age of a hundred or even longer you would be wise to adjust your diet; stop smoking, and live like the healthiest and happiest people in the world who seek to control stress in their life. Their diet is made up of mostly fruits and vegetables they grow organically and share with their neighbors. They eat only free- grazing meat very rarely; no hormones or chemicals are injected into their animals. They consume lots of seafood. Some make their meals a “work of art.” One great benefit of eating this healthy way all fad die-ts lead to stress and misery. Your body will return to its normal weight. The merry-go-round is over! They eat whole grain flatbread, fava beans, tomatoes, greens, garlic, and olive oil. We recommend almond butter, almond unsweetened milk, almond nuts and many other nuts, apples, avocados, beans & Legumes, berries (all kinds) cannellini beans, homemade chicken soup, cinnamon and others), one egg a day, chicken soup, green vegetables, herb tea, kidney beans, oatmeal, olive oil, peanut butter (limit amount),pears, pink grape fruit, red hot peppers kidney beans, oatmeal, olive oil, pears, pink grape fruit, red hot peppers, very rarely eat red meat, salmon, remove skin from chicken, salmon, tuna, turkey, vinegar, whole grains, and other organic fruits and vegetables. Victory Garden: Since the turn of the 21st century, interest in victory gardens has grown. A campaign promoting such gardens has sprung up in the form of new victory gardens in public spaces, victory garden websites and blogs, as well as petitions to renew a national campaign for the victory garden and to encourage the re-establishment of a victory garden on the White House lawn. In March 2009, First Lady Michelle Obama, planted an 1,100-square-foot (100 m2) "Kitchen Garden" on the White House lawn, the first since Eleanor Roosevelt's, to raise awareness about healthy food.[8]

Who don't want to live long. But for long and healthy life we should maintain some rules and regulations. Smoking is a bad habit which reduce the potentiality of life. So, if we can avoid this, we will be able to lead a healthy and sound life in long run
