Waymon’s Health Plan I use The Mayo Clinic Diet that allows me to eat well, enjoy life, and lose weight I have been on my healthy diet for 7 days. I have lost 4.8 lbs. I will plan my menu or the next seven days: Exercise: I will walk 1.4 miles (2) times around Lake Menzie every day this week 9-16-13 Breakfast 1 boil egg add only salt and pepper 1/3 cup Oats microwave 4 min in 100% apple juice; add organic milk 1 tbs nuts blend mixture of nuts and use as topping ½ slice whole wheat bread Fresh fruits as toppings Herb tea, Water with lemon, cranberry juice, apple cider vinegar Lunch Tuna/w fresh lemon off my tree, mayonnaise Vegetables steamed: fresh small carrots frozen corn, frozen green pees Fruit: grapes Herb tea, Water with lemon, cranberry juice, apple cider vinegar Dinner 6 oz Chicken Vegetable: mixed: carrots, sweet peas, potato, celery, green beans, corn, lima beans Can spinach Fruits Herb tea, Water with lemon, cranberry juice, apple cider vinegar Evening Campbell Soup Snack Grapes, banana, frozen pineapple good for digestive system, sugar cane the wonder fruit
